Great Leaders
There is one element that all great leaders possess and one intention that continues to be expressed; that is an unconditional, unselfish commitment to a higher purpose. We see it in all great leaders.
Consider the great leaders in dentistry and you will observe this same quality in each – a powerful overriding commitment to a purpose greater than themselves. Have you created a purpose for yourself and your practice that calls you to be a great leader? If not, then your leadership may be lacking.
