Don’t Have Fear Drive Your Choices
I belong to several LinkedIn professional groups. One being the Leadership Development Group which consists of hundreds of business and life coaches. We have numbers of threads taking place in a variety of areas and topics. In one recent thread, Sally Bronkrude posted a blog that I think would be very beneficial for dentists.
Right now, dentists are scared. Fear has become a driving force given the economic issues, expansion of corporate dentistry and political shadows. Numbers of consulting entities (new and old) are pushing out programs saying they can save your fee-for-service practice, they have the answer or the elixir of success. Many have no track record, but they do have sexy marketing. Fear drives poor decisions. Here is some very good advice from Sally about making your choice of coach or consultant.
